Oil change They could not find my key when time to leave. The service advisor was at lunch and she mis filed the key. They also did not re set the computer so it They could not find my key when time to leave. The service advisor was at lunch and she mis filed the key. They also did not re set the computer so it is still telling me I need an oil change and filter change. How do I know that the old change was even done? More

El viernes pasado fui a requerir un servicio y estuve esperando un diagnóstico desde la 1 pm hasta las 5:20 de la tarde. El problema era solo un cambio de batería . Perdí medio día en el servicio de Niss esperando un diagnóstico desde la 1 pm hasta las 5:20 de la tarde. El problema era solo un cambio de batería . Perdí medio día en el servicio de Nissan, a pesar que el auto estuvo listo antes no fue hasta después de mucho tiempo que el encargado de mi servicio me entregó el auto. Me indico que me iba a enviar el detalle de la factura por email y hasta ahora no lo envío, la batería estaba bajo garantía. Soy cliente de Nissan por más de seis años tengo un alquiler y una compra con ustedes y esta vez el servicio fue muy decepcionante. More
