Scheduled appointment I came in today at 8:30am for an appt for my car. I asked how long and if it would be too long to call a shuttle to take me home. I was informed it wo I came in today at 8:30am for an appt for my car. I asked how long and if it would be too long to call a shuttle to take me home. I was informed it would not take too long to reproduce the squeak in the seat. After about an hour I was informed that it takes time to diagnose. I asked to call the shuttle and was told the shuttle will come in 10-15min. After 20 min I asked about the shuttle and another service person said she would call. Then my advisor said they found the problem and it was under warranty and he needed to call the warranty company and figure out the parts. I asked how long and he said about 15min. Then 20 min later I asked and he said they needed to order part and it would be in about 72hrs. Then my car was ready, 3 hours later! I needed to have the body shop look at an area in front that I said “ looked like the paint was peeling for no reason”. He sent me to Adam only to find out Adam doesn’t handle warranty items and he was not to happy. He stated they send people here all the time. Finally Tony came and was very helpful. More

Trust worthy and honest.. Bought our used 2018 Sentra from them. The price was in line with other used car dealers but I liked the fact that my car was coming from the original Bought our used 2018 Sentra from them. The price was in line with other used car dealers but I liked the fact that my car was coming from the original dealer. It was a returned lease with about 14,000 miles and still had the original warranty. Our salesman Eduardo was a pleasure to work with. Turns out the front radar sensor was defective and their service department was also a pleasure to work with. My service rep after having the car checked told me the sensor had to be replaced and a replacement sensor would be in the next day. The following morning he called me to say the part was in and to bring the car over. From sales to service my experience with Weston Nissan has been stellar so far. More
