I hate going to the service dept they give me a hard time and I need go back twice most times to seek a manager who says sorry and that’s not acceptable. Fish stinks from the head. Like Sales Nissan and Volv More

We apologize for the misunderstanding, Marcelo. As we've shown you the part was covered by basic warranty only. Your vehicle's basic warranty expired and this was explained to you by us. Nissan Corporate verified for you the part was not covered by any warranties you currently have. If you would like we can get you a quote on an extended warranty to cover items like this in the future.
