I arrived at my appointment on time and had to wait more than six hours because the assigned agent never gave me information about my car. People arrived after me and left before me. It was another agent who gave me information and who gave me my car. And I am still waiting for information about the rear camera that does not work. My car has not even been with me for a year. More
