Upon arriving, I had a 15 minute wait to drop off my car. I had an appointment but there was a line backed up at the drop off area. After dropping it off, it was another 10-15 minutes until a service person I had an appointment but there was a line backed up at the drop off area. After dropping it off, it was another 10-15 minutes until a service person called me to the desk to review my need. Not a big deal but most places have a quicker drop off. From that point until I got my car back, I honestly felt like just a number without much concern for me. I had a significant malfunction with my car. Until the time I got my car the next day, no one called me. I called and texted several times with no response. It was only when I called the main number and asked for another attendant did someone actually answer. I was then told they were evaluating codes and talking to engineers at Nissan for a fix. I didn’t understand what that meant but it took more than six hours to get that response. I was told to call back in the morning to potentially get a loaner/rental. When I called the next morning, I was told they were not available and I’d called back. Again, they briefly said something about codes and the conversation ended. Only when I called again five or six hours later and left a message, did I get a return call that they found the problem and repaired the car. The only reason I gave two stars instead of one is that the car was ultimately fixed. More
