After calling and talking to the manager about problem with a tire, the manager suggested alignment and changing the tire. He use the hurricane excuse and that he had a family. This was Tuesday afternoon. I told him that it was a vague excuse and that I have a family too to go and see. At the end of the day, I left with a real bad customer service and no tire change. Weston Nissan needs to train more their agents on customer service and be more empathetic to the customers situations. More
