Jorge the Service Advisor assigned to me was not as customer service oriented as I have experienced at other deleaeships. Pretty much made me feel as he was providing a favor to me instead of a service customer service oriented as I have experienced at other deleaeships. Pretty much made me feel as he was providing a favor to me instead of a service I as a paying customer. Things got worse when he sent me a text after my vehicle was serviced after I mentioned that I would have to return to get my truck reviewed again since it was still pulling to the right after getting the alignment. Basically his response was that the alignment was done correctly and afterwards never call or replied to engage. I have not been able to return to get my truck reviewed again since I store my truck at my Naples home located about 1.5 hours away and only use my truck to tow my boat and toy hauler. I'll be soon returning to this dealership although I wish I didn't have to. More

You need to organize the client services and the time required for each of them. My Appointment was 9:30am, my services time was almost six hours, oil change and camera installation/setting. Compare with other clients with more work to do in their cars, they left earlier than me, one hour or more earlier than me and they don’t stay more than two hours. More

Terrible service waited 3 hours for an oil change/tire rotation. My sister had open heart surgery and that only lasted 4 hours. Will not return, plus you charged me 9.80 to make an appointment.
