Our overall experience was exceptional. Our new cars sales person Paulino did an excellent job explaining all aspects of both the Volvo S60 & S80. My spouse and I had not considered Volvo until we dr sales person Paulino did an excellent job explaining all aspects of both the Volvo S60 & S80. My spouse and I had not considered Volvo until we drove by another dealer and just said to each other let's take a look at the Volvo’s and see what happens. We thought they were beyond our means. To our surprise the cost for both the S60 & S80 seemed very reasonable with the options we’re interested in. As with any vehicle the more options the more toys. However, the S60 (5 cylinder – with Turbo) drove great and had a nice kick. The S80 drove more like a luxury sedan and felt great. We're in the market this year for a car for my spouse and she is really considering now the S60 along with other competitors. We believe had it not been for Paulino's great patience and his explanation of all our questions and all the features in the vehicles we test drove we wouldn’t have considered Volvo. This is one of the biggest factors in our consideration of Volvo as a new car possibility the professionalism of Paulino was outstanding. We also spoke with the new car sales Manager. He reviewed with us several options for financing and other items. He answered all our questions. AT no time did we feel pressured to have to make a decision at that time. This is very important to us. If there is one negative is the fact that the S60 does not have room in the trunk for a spare tire and brings a repair kit. This may work great if a little nail gets in. However, if you have a blowout and driving with the family 4 people in the car with the spare tire you change it and you’re gone in 15-30 minutes. However if you need to call and wait for a tow truck not only will the delay be extensive but where will the 4 people ride in the tow truck. This is a main reason why we may have second thought. I hope in the future they reconsider this option. Now if we want a spare tire it will take a large chunk of trunk space and leave very little room for groceries and other items. It’s a shame that such a little accessory may ding the sale of a great car. More

Luis Gonzales, my Service Consultant, explained what would be done in a friendly, easy-to-understand fashion. Even though I arrived late for my appointment, Luis did not berate me nor did he even mention the tardiness. He is knowledgable, personable and a gentleman. The customer waiting lounge is a mini "business center," and I set myself up to work on my laptop in one of the cubicles. Weston Volvo understands and respects that my time is valuable and they do everything possible to expedite things. What impressed me the most was Valentin Cruz, who is Weston Volvo's Sales & Leasing Consultant as well as being the BEST HOST in the world! He came over to me to say "Hello" and to make sure my experience at Weston Volvo was going smoothly. Thanks to Valentin Cruz, this has to be the most pleasant Customer Service experience I've ever received in anything automobile-related. I felt like a true, valued customer. I highly recommend Weston Volvo to anyone who needs to buy/lease/service a vehicle.
