He took pains to make sure I got the color and interior of the car of my choice, even picking up the vehicle in the evening, which was at another dealership several miles away, then worked his day off the next day to deliver my car to me!! Deeply appreciated that, otherwise I would have had to wait until Friday the 14th when he worked at the store again. He called again tonight just to make sure that everything with the car was OK, and answered all my questions.. great guy, he make's me love to deal with Weston Volvo! More

One of the best salesman there, is Al Ishmail. Al's customer service is second to none! Al has always been a pleasure to work with. He is honest and very reliable and I have been dealing with Al Ishmail for several years and he is the best! I also want to thank Bill Castano for helping me as well. Bill is a wonderful general manager and the whole dealership is a pleasure to work with. The Volvo service at the dealership is outstanding as well. I have always been treated so well and the service is always top notch. I don't think you can go wrong if you purchase, lease, or service your car at Weston Volvo. More

I felt as if they not only wanted me to buy a car, but to be a customer for life. My Sales Associate, Valentin Cruzz, was knowledgeable about the model I was interested in, showed me several on the lot, and offered to take me for a test drive early on in my shopping experience. When I told him I was interested in particular design features, he worked with the manager to locate the exact car I wanted. I was given a price and provided additional accessories worth substantial money after that price was written...and the price remained the same. After I agreed on a price and signed the initial paperwork, I was introduced to the managers of the various departments that I would be working with in the future. I am totally satisfied and would recommend this dealership wholeheartedly More

Our experience here was the first I have had with a car dealer in 20 years. I went in with the usual expectation of the pushy car salesman.
