After we canceled our purchase within 24 hours due to deceptive sales practices, Gene Ferrugio verbally assaulted my wife when we requested a refund. The dealership refused to return our money, even after multiple attempts. We had to call the police, and shockingly, management (Mr. Castano) left the building, leaving his staff to berate us further. They stole our money, and we are now taking legal action. Avoid this dealership at all costs – they are unprofessional, dishonest, and have no respect for their customers. More

Battery wouldn't hold a charge. They replaced it with a new one. Luckily it was prorated. Only got 3 yrs out of the 84 month Battery. The manger wasn’t pleasant speaking to. He started getting loud threatening to not sell me the vehicle because of a scratch that happened (by them) after I bought the vehicle.
