Weston Nissan is a privately owned and managed Nissan Dealership and offers approximately 600 new and pre-owned vehicles, many of which are housed under roof in our multi-level showroom.
Our sales department is open seven days a week and service is performed Monday-Saturday.

I am extremely disappointed as I sit in the service center of my Nissan dealer. I initially brought my car to Nissan in November for an issue with my radio. They were able to confirm the issue and center of my Nissan dealer. I initially brought my car to Nissan in November for an issue with my radio. They were able to confirm the issue and started the claim under warranty. They then called a week later because they didn't document the issue correctly and needed to do it again. This took over an hour for an issue they have already confirmed. It then took over a month to get the claim approved and part ordered. I had an appointment this morning at 8:30am to have the radio replaced. After 2.5 hours of waiting and I am just told that my car is the NEXT to go in. An hour later, meaning 3.5 hours AFTER my appointment, they were finally ready to work on my car. This is absolutely UNACCEPTABLE! If they couldn't service my car at the scheduled time, it should not have been scheduled. I spent almost 5 hours at Nissan. I expect an immediate response and compensation for this waste of my time. More
