Weston Kia - Service Center

My call was answered by Shalina, a very pleasant and knowledgeable service advisor. She asked to call me back with the answers to my questions and did so promptly. I asked for an appointment for an oi knowledgeable service advisor. She asked to call me back with the answers to my questions and did so promptly. I asked for an appointment for an oil change and was offered a same day time that would work for me. I arrived a bit earlier than expected (was not greeted by any of the four advisors as promptly as I would expect, however). I explained what I was there for, gave my name, and was given a pager. I was directed to a comfortable waiting lounge where I waited for the service to be completed. Shalina came up to ask about the cabin air filter (I passed- the price she quoted was outrageous). A little bit later the pager went off and I went back to the service desk where I was directed to the cashier who had my keys. The price was very reasonable and I was also offered a car wash coupon. Very pleased with the whole experience…that took less than an hour,total. More
