Weston Kia - Service Center

I bought 2 kia forte last October,I brought 1 in for I bought 2 kia forte last October, I brought 1 in for it's first service and tire rotation, I now hope they knew how to do an oil change because they I bought 2 kia forte last October, I brought 1 in for it's first service and tire rotation, I now hope they knew how to do an oil change because they don't have a clue on how to rotate tires. The service guy at the desk argued with me about the right way to do it, so I guess kia does it right and every other shop in the world does it wrong not to mention YouTube, google or any other place you would look up how to do a tire rotation. The service agent agreed that he would have them do the the way I wanted it (the way it is done everywhere) and when I asked if they understood what I was asking for he condendingly said yes and he would mark my file that I wanted all tire rotations done that way, a half hour later I got my car back with the rear tires right back where they started from and the fridge tires moved from left to right and vise versa from where they started. I suggest this idiot look up the word rotation because neither time did my tires rotate on any way. I have photo proof that they were not rotated correctly but that makes little difference I lost all trust in your service department when I met this guy that knows nothing about cars. P.S. I can do all my own maintenance but at age 61 I choose not to it doesn't mean I don't know how it's done. You should think about sending your service guy to school I've forgotten more about working on cars then he well ever know so arguing with me about doing the simplest maintenance is not a smart thing. More

The service was timely and done well. They got me in quickly the staff was really willing to help me. Only complaint is that prices are quite high -and I was made to feel guilty when I asked for a s quickly the staff was really willing to help me. This service center has consistently performed above expectations. Brian, my service manager came to my home after hours to put a spare tire on my truck and drove it back to the dealership and replaced expectations.
