I have mobility issues and I had to walk a long way to sit under the canopy. I am unable to walk up stairs so I couldn't go to the waiting room upstairs. Nor did they talk to me afterwards to let me know if there was anything wrong with my car, eg; if there were any oil leaks. Or anything else wrong. So I was was very disappointed with the customer service. I will be going elsewhere for my oil change and any diagnostics in the future. More
I bought my Kia Soul here because the people are locals with great knowledge of what they do and whom they are doing it for. I can get my service done anywhere, I choose here. I scheduled an oil change and diagnosis for a rattling noise. I was up there for about 3 hours and was told my catalytic converters need to be replaced and they didn't recommend I should drive it because noise. I was up there for about 3 hours and was told my catalytic converters need to be replaced and they didn't recommend I should drive it because it would cause more damage to my engine. The estimate repair would be over $3000. Got a second opinion and they didn't see any of the issues that they were talking about and even took me under my car to show me the different parts. I was told that if it was truly my catalytic converters going bad, my engine light would be on and it wouldn't pass DEQ (which it did). So my catalytic converters are fine and don't need replacement at this time. I'm very disappointed at Kia and won't bring my car back for service. I believe they took advantage of me because I'm a woman and believe that they really didn't look at my car because they were pretty busy. I got 10% off but I think they knew I was getting pissed at them taking too long and felt I was getting the run around. The other auto shop quoted me less than one-third of Kia's estimate if I needed that repair. As a single mother and full time student, I would have been out of a lot of money and would have to borrow money to pay for it. That's totally unacceptable! More

My son recommended this dealership to me, and he said he enjoyed doing business with Weston KIA. I also found that for myself. I did not know my way around, but a friendly employee who was washing cars to enjoyed doing business with Weston KIA. I also found that for myself. When I went inside it was busy and someone said they would be with us. Shortly a young man took my information and was quite pleasant. I waited in your waiting room which soon filled up which is a good sign that you are busy. After awhile the same man that had checked me in came and explained what needed to be done and got my permission. I was checked out by another friendly employee and soon headed back to Portland in a nice clean car. I consider Weston my dealership now! More
Recent service was very slow. Took four days for my truck to be seen and evaluated. The service writer had poor customer service skills and was not professional. This time I felt like an inconveinience. They tested my vehicle and drove 20 miles and left me with very little gas. This was a warranty issue and was told it would be looked at atleast by next day and it wasn't even assaigned till the 3rd day and then was finished late on the fourth day. Not what I expected for what was stated as "we can get you right in" All that was done was a computer reset and 20 mile test drive. There were grease marks on the truck and a new rock chip in paint. Debating wheter I will come back. More
