Weston Kia has been my Kia service provider since I purchased my Kia Sportage from them in 2016 (except for 2 years when I lived back east) They have always treated my Sportage and I very well. I am a purchased my Kia Sportage from them in 2016 (except for 2 years when I lived back east) They have always treated my Sportage and I very well. I am and always have been very satisfied with everything they have done to service my Sportage. The service reps have always been very nice, very helpful, and patient with my questions. My only complaint lately, is that it has been extremely difficult to get thru to someone on the phone when I call for appts or questions, no matter what time of day I try. I leave messages/ VM's however no one returns my calls. The service/customer service is great! The phone...not so much lately. The phones haven't always been this way. It seems to have started this year. I know they are super busy, however, if I have a question or an issue I don't want to have to drive back to the dealership to get questions or issues addressed because no one is answering the phones or messages. This was my first visit here, I just needed the software reprogrammed on my car, and it was just about a 30min wait. I did like the waiting room, the comfy chairs and tv we’re nice. Quality control is not monitored with simplest servicing.
