On our first visit for scheduled service. We asked about minor hesitation at slow speeds, and we were told we needed a new battery for $350 plus $75 for installation. They checked the battery and said it's readings were fine. No charge. No need for a battery. Sadly, this ruins trust in the dealer service big time, and for no reason. Who's responsible? More

The service department was extremely busy that afternoon but my battery had died, the car wouldn’t start so I asked if they would work me in. He said yes and not only checked the charging system but replace but my battery had died, the car wouldn’t start so I asked if they would work me in.
