The service dept contacted me to advise that my car was ready to pick up however when I got into my car they had not put the parts they had used to diagnose the issue back in their proper place! When I asked to speak to the manager he made excuses rather than just simply apologize for the team not having my car ready. Note: he did eventually apologize but only after making excuses. This particular dealership also had me wondering the parking lot trying to find my car when they brought the car I have another customer to the service area. This was deeply disturbing to my family member who had dropped me off to pick up my car as the difference in service appeared biased and almost discriminatory. This is most likely my last time purchasing and servicing a car here. More
