Went to get my oil change and a tire rotation. The tech that did the oil change, takes the wheel lock out of my car and doesn't return it. I get all the way across town, to have break work done. I drive all the way back to the dealership, to pickup wheel lock. Only to hear "Yeah I'm Sorry!" Gas is $4.50 a gallon!!! I was set back 2 1/2 hours on other appointments scheduled for the day. This level of professionalism, is totally unacceptable! You would think your vehicle was in safe hands. More
