Service was much better this time than last time I was in. Sometimes it just takes a simple greeting, even if you are busy. It took four months for my repair, after authorization was given by me to order parts. They did not order knowing it would take three weeks and the three weeks we checked and the parts had not been ordere was given by me to order parts. When the last part came in it took an additional three weeks to get the vehicle back. They were unwilling to co we the rental car that was needed will in shop. This repair at the maximum should have only been 4-5 weeks because of the part order. More
