First off, they absolutely Do Not answer the telephone. I have actually had to drive 15 miles to talk with the customer service department, because after trying to get through to them for over an hour, the I have actually had to drive 15 miles to talk with the customer service department, because after trying to get through to them for over an hour, they didn’t answer the telephone. They don’t listen, or truley care about their customers’ needs. They don’t answer questions thoroughly, or truthfully. I have talked to Silvere Aluko several times, and ended the conversation angry, He has lied to me, and basically left me feeling like he absolutely doesn’t care about my situation. I have spoken with his superior Dave Hoops several times, and it has made me feel even worse. Mr. Hoops always, and I am not exaggerating, always, answers the phone, listens a little, and says he is at the bank, and needs to call me back. The last time he did this, the person who I told I needed to talk to Mr. Hoops said “I can see him in his office, and it looks like he is on the phone. Wait, he just got off. I will put you through.” Mr. Hoops then told me he was at the bank, and needed to call me back. I worked in customer service for 35 years. If I ever caught one of my employees treating customers this way, I would have fired them on the spot. We have been loyal Kia owners for over twenty years, (we have three) but NOT ANYMORE!!! Weston Kia has worked extremely hard to make sure that we will NEVER recommend or purchase a Kia again. I have asked to talk to one of the Westin family members, but it seems to be impossible. Westin Kia’s Service Department is a disgrace. More
