Love My Kia Family!! I have been coming to Weston Kia for service on my 2006 Kia Sedona for more than seven years! I wouldn't take my car anywhere else! The service staff I have been coming to Weston Kia for service on my 2006 Kia Sedona for more than seven years! I wouldn't take my car anywhere else! The service staff have always been wonderful, helpful, courteous and kind! Even when I drop in unexpected without and appointment and they are busy, they greet me by name and ask what they can do for me. One time it was a headlight that went out another time a turn signal light. Whenever they recommend a service that needs to be done on my car, I know they are honest and not just trying to take advantage of my lack of car care knowledge. After I had my brakes done there, I felt like I was driving a new car. Two months ago I started hearing a faint sound over the motor of my car. It was annoying. I didn't hear it all the time, but when I did I thought something was going wrong with my car. One Saturday I took it out to Weston and one of their service men rode with me for a few miles, but my car didn't make the sound. Later as I drove home the sound came back. Finally the sound got louder and to the point where I heard it all the time. Last Saturday I took it back out to Weston. Although they were super busy, Kris rode with me around the parking lot and heard the sound. He asked me to pull my car back inside by the office and he checked the power steering fluid level. He said it was a little low and added some. Then he told me if the sound returned to call and make an appointment to have it looked into. There was no charge for this! I drove home listening intently. No sound! I couldn't believe it! How could a small amount of power steering fluid take away such an annoying noise! I waited a whole week to write this review thinking the sound surely would come back. But it hasn't! I know other service shops I could have taken my car to would have charged me a fortune to check out the sound and probably not solved the problem. Thank you Kris for taken a few minutes for me and my car! I'm so glad you're a part of the Kia family I love! Thank you Jordan and all the rest of Weston Kia's highly skilled staff for taking such wonderful care of my car (and me!) You're the BEST! Myrna Rudolph More

I felt he was honest and gave me the best possible customer service and price. He didn't make us wait around forever like other dealers do. It was pretty quick and painless. Later, I have experienced the service department for oil changes and routine maintenance. The guys in there are awesome in every way. The are quick, professional and I feel like I am getting good service every time. I took my car in the other day for a recall fix. I decided to get my oil changed, as well. I had a coupon for the oil change. He tossed it aside and told me they could give me a better price than that and he did. There are truly the very best dealership and staff around. I am so happy that I got my Kia there! More
New Optima purchased 10 days ago,found paint defect on hood ,body shop could not fix without repainting entire hood. Dash lts. ceased to function for a short period at 250 miles,could not find a problem. hood ,body shop could not fix without repainting entire hood. Steering drifts and pulls, service manager claims this is consistent with these models and I will have to live with it. Asked about service bulletin addressing this problem,he and sales staff claim to know nothing about it. Am already regretting purchase. More
