Waisted $60 I called up Weston Gary answered told him I have a major trans leak need to know where it’s coming from He said it would be 60 to check out now I de I called up Weston Gary answered told him I have a major trans leak need to know where it’s coming from He said it would be 60 to check out now I dealt with Gary before when I had my hummer abs light was on and there was a few other problems Gary never said why it was on told me I need a bunch of stuff i worked as a Toyota tech with Ron Tonkin so I can tell when I’m getting the screws put to me he charge us way more then 60 for and never got my answer must had been the same tech that looked at my 80 camaro By the way I figured out why my abs light was on need a wheel bearing didn’t even mention that and all the other problems went away too Back to this service Gary told me the trans needs complete reseal said it’s leaking everywhere then the tech busted my window out when the car is parked More
Turn signal replaced I had the light go out on my turn signal and called service. The lady who answered was very professional and suggested a time that the department migh I had the light go out on my turn signal and called service. I took her advice and went to the service department later in the afternoon and she met me there and was able to get my tires checked and all replaced in just a few minutes. That is why I drive all my vehicles 250 miles one-way to have them serviced at Weston Buick/GMC. At Weston the issue is diagnosed correctly the first time and properly repaired at a fair price. Customer satisfaction is HIGH on Weston's priority list - and they get it right every time!!! There is no other dealership in the Pacific Northwest that inspires anything close to the level of confidence that I feel in Weston Buick/GMC. More

Really Poor Service I went in for an oil change and had the worst experience. Gary, the person I talked to and tried schedule with told me I didn't have to schedule an ap I went in for an oil change and had the worst experience. Gary, the person I talked to and tried schedule with told me I didn't have to schedule an appointment for an oil change. When I arrived they td me that was not the case. I had to wait over 2 hours to get my oil changed. They also did not top off any of my fluids or do checks on anything for me. I finally asked if someone could help me figure out what light I had out in the back because I needed someone familiar with the lights in the back to tell me which one it was. Gary was very rude about it, but begrudgingly went out to figure it out for me. Horrible customer service, I will not be back. More
