Great Service I didn't get the name of the guy who helped me because it's all about me, but he was awesome. He made sure I understood all of the checks they did and I didn't get the name of the guy who helped me because it's all about me, but he was awesome. He made sure I understood all of the checks they did and didn't bother me with filter nonsense (since the car only has 7500 miles on it). This was also my free initial oil change. Horrendous customer service If I could give zero stars I would. I bought my car here brand new in 2015. By March of 2019 it had just shut off twice while driving with no forewarn If I could give zero stars I would. I bought my car here brand new in 2015. By March of 2019 it had just shut off twice while driving with no forewarning whatsoever, once going 65 mph on the freeway. Once I got it to the dealership they said I need a new engine and it would not be covered under warranty because I do not have every single oil change record. I ended up having to pay $5k for a new engine and Weston Kia was nothing but rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional throughout the whole process. I would call and call multiple different employees to try to work things out and could never even speak to someone on the phone. The employees, and even the owner, Jacob Weston, would only respond with text messages days later, full of typos and improper grammar. I’ve never seen anything like it in a business setting in my life. You’d think when you are handing $5k to someone they would at least be respectful but I was still met with rude and disrespectful service employees when I went to pick my car up after two months without it (I was still paying $450 a month on it in the meantime). I even had one employee think I was on hold on the telephone while I wasn’t, and he called me a “difficult customer” to another employee. I will definitely go out of my way to spread the word to not shop at or trust Weston Kia, and not to buy a Kia in general. More
