Over the top My wife was bringing her new car in for service before our vacation. On the way there she got hit by a car and when she got to Weston I met her there. Oil change takes 1.5 hr They did a fine job, however an oil change I feel shouldn’t take 1.5 hrs to complete. And each time I’ve been in for one it takes a minimum of 1.5 hrs They did a fine job, however an oil change I feel shouldn’t take 1.5 hrs to complete. And each time I’ve been in for one it takes a minimum of 1.5 hrs. It should be an hour tops. Plus the coupons never match up with the service and I feel like I’m always paying more—however the checkout did knock $10 off but if I have a coupon give me the discount, or send out coupons for diesels too. Fast service! Came in and they did an analysis on my Sorento and told my I just needed a new battery. Did it in about 15 minutes and was done. Didnt listen to exactly what I wanted. Weston Kia has a real clean service area both for cars and people. Went for an oil change and was told I needed a 30000 mile fuel cleaner service. I expressly told them I only use synthetic oil so please dont use conventional. No problem they said. My total service would cost $300 and gave me 10% off. Great deal EXCEPT when I got home and checked paperwork they put in 5/20 conventional oil. So disappointed and wondered also why I was charged so much for inexpensive oil change.price quoted me was with synthetic oil which cost $30 more. Everything was perfect except change up with what I asked for and what I got. More
