I took my Kia Sorento in to have broken door handle fixed. I took my Kia and told them the door handle was broken. They called me and told me my diagnosis of my car was at the door handle was broken and charg I took my Kia and told them the door handle was broken. They called me and told me my diagnosis of my car was at the door handle was broken and charged me over $100. They then told me it would cost a total of $400 to fix my driver side door. Apparently only the extended warranty is available on the back rear doors but not the front doors which are used more often. I am totally unhappy and completely outraged More

Unable to resolve issue I live around 30 minutes away from Weston Kia so taking the car in to get serviced takes around half a day out of my schedule and time off work. As a I live around 30 minutes away from Weston Kia so taking the car in to get serviced takes around half a day out of my schedule and time off work. As a result, having one visit resolve the issue is very important to me not only for my work schedule but also for the amount of gas it takes. I have been having some dashboard creeks and rattles that I wanted to get fixed. I explained, in detail, to the attendant where the issues were and that it occurs when driving over rough roads such as the express way. I also mentioned that if you lightly tap on top of the dash you will hear a rattle sound which rattles more when driving. I then left my car there and Weston used their shuttle service to get me to the max line which I did appreciate. Around three hours later I got a call stating nothing was found and they couldn't replicate the issue. I asked if I could ride with the technician to show them right where the issues were and point them out but that wasn't allowed. I was told to bring it back in when the issues come up again. The issue is that it isn't convenient for me and of course the nosies started right back up when I was only 3-5 miles down the road. Not pleasing to hear on a brand new car with less than 9000 miles. I did appreciate the friendliness of the attendant that helped me. She was very nice and professional. She did let me know that she had two different technicians drive the car separately to try and re-create it. I just wish my issue could have been handled on the first visit. I will likely have to schedule another appointment several days out due to availability and then my luck they won't be able to duplicate the issue again wasting another half day. More

Attentive and professional I have I had quite a few bad experiences at dealers, but Weston really went above and beyond. They did a service on my car, On the interior, and I briefly mentioned that I saw some fingerprints on the door, and it was almost as if I had sound of the alarm. They all came to fix it and to address my problem and ask me if there was anything else I needed. Excellent service. More
