Awesome I texted Daniel to see if he can get me in to service and he said I see Kris when I arrived. Kris tested my battery from having it jumped over 3 times I texted Daniel to see if he can get me in to service and he said I see Kris when I arrived. Kris tested my battery from having it jumped over 3 times and he told me I need to buy a new battery. And Kris said it would cost $226 and I couldn't afford it at the time so I told him thank you and my husband would get me a more affordable battery somewhere else. Other then that price, always a great experience everytime I bring my 2017 Kia sportage in for service. More

I had been waiting for 4 hours after a mixup with a towing company and was concerned my vehicle wouldn’t make it to the shop before the gates closed. Laurie let me know what my options were, and someone even met us at the lot when we barely made it in a little after 8. Your team cared to share about transportation options as it was getting later in the evening. Mita was great at communicating what was going on with the car and your front desk team is always friendly and helpful.
