WOW, I am so pleased with the service I always receive at the Westin Kia service department. Reanna and Kris are extremely welcoming even when I can visually see they are busy! Yesterday the lobby was full o the Westin Kia service department. Reanna and Kris are extremely welcoming even when I can visually see they are busy! Yesterday the lobby was full of happy customers, eating their snacks, watching fixer upper waiting for their cars. They didn’t miss a beat.
