Parts department rep. gave me incorrect quote on phone. He neglected to tell me all charges. (Programming fee for both fabs) Then argued with me when I questioned the price at the counter.. His face to face customer service was horrible and he was very stern during the conversation that I was wrong and he was right. When he never once told me there was a seperate programming charge for two key fabs. He actually told me because I was already programming one the other wouldnt be any charge. Never said anything about a second programming fee.. Never again will I use kia parts service because of him. More

Friendly and Helpful Our concern over my Kia Rio using too much oil between oil changes was not supported by the service department as they told us to drive it another 100 Our concern over my Kia Rio using too much oil between oil changes was not supported by the service department as they told us to drive it another 1000 miles over the 3000 I had already done and when we brought it in they said to drive another 1000 and then bring it in again, and they said we went over the amount they advised so they said that we would have to start the oil consumption test over again. This just seems like they are giving us the run around. We are going to make an appointment when we have reached 900 so we don't go over and they need to be honest and fix our car if something is wrong with it burning too much oil. More
