One of the reasons I believe this dealership is as successful as it is, is the fact that they retain their employee pool for years and years and years. I cannot imagine walking into Weston’s and not seeing Dan Schofield, Brian Rivers and Brad Roe…what a “human foundation” to build a successful business upon!
