Weston Kia - Service Center

I had been a long time repeat customer and after two bad experiences, two in sales and two in service in 2018/2019. Said I would never come back but I recently had a MVA and needed my Kia repaired. She handled the insurance company for me, made sure all of my wishes were fought for and it made things so much easier. A few easy details were missed by the Service Tech - but Anglea got right on it and gave me the traditional feeling that the "customer is #1." Its been a long time since I have had that feeling here. I must have called her a dozen times and each time she was pleasant, professional, and acted like I was not trouble at all. Whatever they are paying her, it is not enough, and she should be training every member of this dealership.....she was so awesome I might even come back to by my 4th car there.. More
