Well next time I go in if a person has an appointment they are the ones that need to have their oil changed at that time. Not the ones that just drive up. I did not buy my car there. The place I did closed. When I called service I told her that and asked if she could check if I had a service contract. She said yes and told me I didn’t have one. When I got home I checked my sales contract. I paid $2300 for a service contract. I’m not happy about paying for services when it should have been covered. Came in with oil leak ( I was bad and went to a quickie oil change place) and the filter was loose Weston`s service tech found the problem fixed it at no charge. Will never stray again.
