I’ve been coming to Weston for 10 years and never had an issue until now. The new tire I bought had a faulty valve that was audibly leaking air and no one caught it. Service was great. Covid 19 protocols were loose and honestly didn’t feel that safe while waiting for my car to be serviced. If it had not been pouring rain outside I would of stayed outside with my bab honestly didn’t feel that safe while waiting for my car to be serviced. If it had not been pouring rain outside I would of stayed outside with my baby. Sales people not wearing their masks and just walking around within the building. Sales people also taking phone calls without masks compromises guest safety. While I love taking my Kia to Weston I’ll probably just go to oil can Henry’s for my next oil change to keep myself and child safe from non mask wears during the covid-19 pandemic. More
