The service is great, while their Pandemic safety is poor. I won’t be returning until the pandemic is over, if ever. The wait is always very long whether you have an appointment or not. The repair dealerships for Kia are really far from the Portland area! Like a 45 minute drive at least! That’s the worst about having a Kia in Portland. More

I did not receive windshield washer fluid, I found out that you have been deflating my tires instead of making sure they are at least 30psi! All my tires were at 26-28psi!
