Recently had work done on my at first i was up set as i left my car overnight the Next day my car sat most all day they finally did the diagnostic test and called to tell me what out come would be i had t left my car overnight the Next day my car sat most all day they finally did the diagnostic test and called to tell me what out come would be i had to leave my car all night as it got late and was getting dark the second night as i could not drive home the pannel lights would not wk i could not see to change from drive to reverse or park they did give me a ride back and forth they were very kind and picked me up drove and i my car in the morn. So i could drive in the day light the part is ordered for the needed light inside the steering column.......it my car will return on tuesday if the part arrives Angela was nice as i explained i could not drive it at night ........i only wish they would have started wk sooner on my car the day it sat most all day ....... I have been with kia for 11 years faithful when oil changes are done they need to be sure to top off fluid levels i have had problems with that not being done in the past ......i am faithful to kia and will eventually purchase another kia ......i appreciate the kindness of the ride ......to and from kia for the car ......Thank You to Angela and the kia team ......for helping me through this situation...... My fob broke and I had to get it replaced. They were really helpful. I truly appreciate them! I live 150+ blocks from there, but it’s not too far from my work. I was going to go to a different Chevrolet really helpful. I truly appreciate them! I live 150+ blocks from there, but it’s not too far from my work. I was going to go to a different Chevrolet dealership that’s way closer. But they are unprofessional at that place. I’d rather drive way out of the way to deal with people who are always professional, respectful and do great work. Not to mention the price was $50. Cheaper for the Fob and $115. Cheaper to program it. Everyone loves to save money. But I’ll go to Weston Cheverolet every time for the respect and professional people that work there. I wasn’t happy when the service guy said “you’ll be back” , then smiled. They checked the drains for sunroof which took what 30 minutes to pour water in the four corners. Then comes the freaking mickey mouse , then smiled. They checked the drains for sunroof which took what 30 minutes to pour water in the four corners. Then comes the freaking mickey mouse sheet metal piece they cut out and then charged another hour and a half for a 30 minute disappointment. Service department people who check you in are not considerate of your time. Also I have an oil leak after doing an oil change so they told me to bring my truck back in whenever I can.
