Weston KIA is beyond the worst car experience I have ever had in my life. I took my car here over a month ago because it was stolen and recovered, so the ignition and radio/back up camera needed to be replac had in my life. During this month I heard nothing back from them on an update on my car, despite leaving messages and emails. My insurance rental coverage then ended, because their policy was to cover a rental for 30 days, and having still heard nothing back from Weston KIA, I had to begin paying for a rental out of pocket. (Over $500 down the drain and out of my own wallet) After a month of no replies, I finally get one short email that they were still waiting on parts, with no list of the parts or any estimate of completion. (So it takes them over a month to get parts…ok, sus and very much want to see the receipts of these and when they were in fact ordered) After waiting one more week and again, paying for a rental out of pocket, I simply couldn’t afford to wait any longer- I finally got absolutely fed up at not receiving any ETAs for when my car would actually be complete so I had a friend drive me to talk to someone in person to get actual answers and check on the status of my vehicle. All of a sudden all the parts that they were waiting for for “so long” had miraculously arrived just a couple of days ago and my car would be done in two days. (Also very suspicious my car was still in the exact same parking spot it had been when I left it there over a month ago, almost as if it hadn’t been moved at all during all this time) It wasn’t. Instead, I was finally called back and told that my car would be done the next day at 4pm- they ensured me this would be true. AGAIN- IT WASN’T. As of right now my KIA has been at the Weston KIA dealership for a month and two weeks. The repairs were a new ignition and radio/backup cam- and it took them OVER A MONTH to get parts. Supposedly. I cannot even explain to you how shady this place is. Don’t go here, literally just save yourself the heartache of being completely lied to and ignored. Weston KIA is like if your most toxic relationship was a dealership. They promise, they’ll do better next time- I promise you, they won’t. Dump them and never come back. More
Service department has been horrible to us have only had to bring the car back for recall issues every time they touch it something else goes wrong that was working when we brought it into them. Love our Kia Sorento no issues with the vehicle when we take it in it's running fine we get a recall notice schedule an appointment go in and low and behold they broke something or caused additional damage and trying to get them to resolve that has been horrific. The text do not always seem knowledgeable in the basics of Kia one couldn't get the vehicle started when the key fob battery was dead which they were going to replace when I instructed him on how to do it he said oh yeah I forgot Kia does that another time they weren't able to get the fueling latch opened and had to show him where the button was in the back those are very basic things I'm not a mechanic I'm not mechanically inclined by nature and was able figure these things out. And customer service has been horrible from the get-go but they're always willing to recommend that maybe we should upgrade our vehicle again we love this Sorrento and have no intention of trading it in upgrading it etc and it's insulting when we go in for a problem to be resolved and they're like oh maybe it's time to upgrade if we choose to do that it wouldn't be from them. Unfortunately our vehicle was on the seized engine recall they had the vehicle for 30 days we were provided a loaner no real issues there however they did damage to other areas of the vehicle the AC primarily when this was brought to their attention they did not fully resolve it took it in recently for a new recall the hgcu fuse and when we left the steering wheel is shaking and it's making a weird noise on the driver's side the hecu is part of the anti-lock braking steering system from what I've reviewed and now we're going back to figure out what damage has been done now mind you it was running perfectly fine when we took it in to have the hecu fuse replaced and now it is not spent all day of a Monday there and will be spending all day of this next Monday there no loaner car provided which for my review on all recall issues key is to provide you with a loaner car I will be following up on that this next Monday they offered me a shuttle within 7 miles of the dealership we don't live within 7 miles of the deal dealership unfortunately so just really frustrated somebody was supposed to call us back after 2:30 on Tuesday heard nothing left a message on Wednesday heard nothing went in on Saturday which was our next day off the vehicles just been sitting luckily we have a second vehicle but we have two vehicles for a reason we have different schedules so not all that convenient just frustrating and mostly with the service department the people behind the desk have been fine don't really get to talk to the text I did speak with the service manager he assured me everything would be taken care of however he's gone when you pick up the vehicle not there on Saturday no follow-up call from him if we were satisfied or not received a text message thanking us for bringing our vehicle in for service that was received over a week after the fact and it's an automated because we're still not satisfied and the vehicles still not fixed and the text message says let us know if we can be of any further assistance this is actually a little insulting if we had our choice once this recall issue is resolved we plan on never returning to Weston Kia service department I need to follow up because on the recall issues normally they want you to take it back to the dealership I don't think West and Kia service department would stay in business if Kia owners weren't forced to return to the dealership for service because honestly Beaverton Kia service department is no better and I think it has to do with job security because owners have to return to the dealership for certain things to be covered if we could go elsewhere we would More

They don’t answer their phone calls. They will keep your car waaaaaay longer than need be due to them prioritizing oil changes over honoring their warranty contracts. They then asked me to email my rental invoice in an attempt to reimburse my rental costs only to give me an email address that doesn’t exist, and was bounced back as soon as I sent it. Not sure why they felt like doing that, but that’s their own pettiness. 0/10 would not recommend. More
I am absolutely fed up with Kia and as soon as I can rid myself of this car so I never have to deal with them again, I am. Kia service is so trash! I am currently pulled over on the side of the road to write this review because I am so frustrated with them. Since the beginning, working with Kia has been a NIGHTMARE! The first time I brought my car in to get serviced, a Kia employee stole $200 worth of gift cards from my car that were going to be used to buy winter coats for children in need. Kia’s response was to take me to Walmart to buy $200 worth of coats/jackets (although the gift cards were to Columbia, big difference in quality). Next, only after a month or so of buying my car (brand new 2020 Kia Soul), it stopped on the highway, leaving me in a very dangerous position. Ultimately I found out the engine had to be completely replaced. My final straw is my Kia was broken into and attempted to be stolen and the service I just received from Kia was so subpar and lazy, I could’ve done a better job my own self. I just came in to get my window temporarily sealed and to set an appointment for an estimate. The guy did such a terrible half a$$ed job wrapping my window, I’ve only made it down the street and it’s already starting to come off. Very little concern or solution for the fact that Kias are being stolen all across the country. THEN I was informed that there is anti-theft software that can be installed for free, however Kia has never even thought to inform their customers of this. If I could give zero stars, I would More
