There were at least 2 employees just not wearing a mask at all and I counted 3 others who either had their mask around their chin or weren't covering their nose. The dealership should be VERY careful not to collect SSNs unless absolutely necessary. I had to point out that they didn't need my SSN for a cash transaction. Gathering unnecessary personally identifiable information is very risky to the company and its customers. We ended up paying 3k above MSRP. It is reasonable to expect some markup due to shortages but it was still disappointing. More
