The only reason I don't give them five stars is that I feel the whole "industry" practice of large markups over sticker price is actually artificially distort reason I don't give them five stars is that I feel the whole "industry" practice of large markups over sticker price is actually artificially distorting the market. The casual reference to an "unspoken agreement" among dealers amounts to an acknowledgement that ALL car dealers are currently engaged in what is very probably illegal price fixing or collusion. Current laws against this kind of practice are weak and barely enforced. But the reality is that it is ALL dealers, and many are much worse. Other than this generic complaint, I felt the whole process was pretty straightforward and the sales agent most helpful and sincere. More
