It took four months for my repair, after authorization was given by me to order parts. They did not order knowing it would take three weeks and the three weeks we checked and the parts had not been ordere was given by me to order parts. They did not order knowing it would take three weeks and the three weeks we checked and the parts had not been ordered. We instructed them again to order. When the last part came in it took an additional three weeks to get the vehicle back. They were unwilling to co we the rental car that was needed will in shop. This repair at the maximum should have only been 4-5 weeks because of the part order. More

The service process was clunky, they accidentally recycled our brand new battery and instead of giving us a new one they put in a "pretty good one".
