I took my truck in for a check engine light under warrantee. They said they wouldn’t work on the transmission codes unless I spent $895 to put all new injectors in it first. I told them the injectors warrantee. They said they wouldn’t work on the transmission codes unless I spent $895 to put all new injectors in it first. I told them the injectors didn’t need to be replaced as it’s running fine. And when I declined the service they charged me $165 for a diagnostic fee which wasn’t even correct in the first place. I complained to the service tech, who got the manager, who got an even higher manager. They all told me that I was not getting a dime and I was stuck paying full price. Disgraceful. I could have had it diagnosed at o Reilly for free. I bought two trucks here but im never coming back again. This was the last straw. More

They take pretty good care of me. The tall service writer made my clutch replacement on time and within quotes. Recently showed up early morning, before opening with a crankshaft sensor issue. Kris got my car in and hooked up, diagnosed, and parts on overnight order for repair the next day. Two weeks later a misfire stared. Had to drive it to work that day, but experience tells me the Cat’s blow out if you drive to far. Called the service desk, was told it would be September before a diagnosis could be scheduled. Once again I showed up unannounced and Kris got my car hooked up and the issue diagnosed. This is the same day I called the desk being told September. Once again Kris got me back on the road in a challenging environment way before the original time estimate of diagnosis in September. More
Your guy Brian has a hard time hearing. I told him I needed the front breaks and rotors done. Instead, he did back ones and never touched the front. Charged me $2,100 for nothing.
