I drop my car off on July 7 for an engine issue that was recall, and I didn’t even get a rental until after August in the beginning of August, and I received my car back August 31 finally and in the meantim recall, and I didn’t even get a rental until after August in the beginning of August, and I received my car back August 31 finally and in the meantime getting a rental car was just a joke And every time they would only do it for a week I would have to call back and say hey am I bringing the rental back or are you getting a new one and then they would even let me know I would call ENTERPRISE and they be like oh yeah they extended it for another week etc. I will still take my car to Kia as my car is from that Kia I will still have it serviced with oil changes and what not, but when they sent me home with my car finally it wobbled the steering wheel shook and they said I can bring it back and drop it off in two days and sit there while they see if they can get it in and what not, turns out the next day I took it to Les Schwab and they said there was a big bubble in the tire from sitting long time without being moved, due to Kia and I had to get new tires , So therefore I had to come up with another 300 and some odd dollars on top of paying Kia for some alignment and new battery that they said was needed but their alignment caused a tire mess up More
