My experience was wonderful. Art was great from the beginning and gave me options and one that ended up working very well for me. He even chose the perfect color of car for me. The other staff were v beginning and gave me options and one that ended up working very well for me. He even chose the perfect color of car for me. The other staff were very kind, friendly and accommodating. My son fell asleep on the test drive and one of the salesman drove the car with my son in the back right onto the showroom floor next to me while I did the paper work. He slept for 2 1/2 hours, the whole time I was dealing with the paper work. I had to wake my son for them to detail the car once I purchased it. Now, that is great service!!! Thanks again for everything, I love my new Optima!!!!!! Beth More

From start to finish the process of buying our new KIA was enjoyable. It was not stressful at all. Everyone we came in contact with was very pleasant, knowledgable and really backed KIA. We went in having no idea what we could qualify for. Mickey greeted us immediately and made it clear he did not want to waste our time or his. He had our credit reviewed first thing so we could have an idea of what we could qualify for as opposed to finding something we loved only to realize we could not qualify to purchase it. Mickey was so friendly and knowledgeable. The process was smooth and everyone we worked with really bent over backwards to ensure that our needs were met and that we walked away from this experience just so impressed with the whole process! We were initially told what our interest rate was, 8.6%, and were so pleased! We were currently paying a vehicle loan off that had a 36% interest rate so the 8.6% was really amazing. Little did we know that John, the Finance Manager, had more surprises in store for us! John was able to lower the interest rate even further to 6.9%!! This has definitely been the best shopping experience I have EVER had purchasing a car. Not only was the process smooth, but everyone we dealt with really catered to our needs and wants and Mickey really listened and was able to get us into a beautiful NEW Kia Forte. I never would have thought I could qualify for a new vehicle, but that is what I drove off the lot that day. I feel we got a great trade-in value for the two vehicles that we traded in and am just so pleased that we chose to go to Kia Motors for our vehicle purchase. I have spoken raves about my experience and truly hope I can send other customers to Kia Motors, and particularly, Mickey, so they can experience the way all car purchases should be!!
