She and Curt made the whole process feel like sitting down with friends talking about a car, rather than salesperson and finance manager...I had a small issue after leaving with my new purchase, with the electric window. It was later in the evening, I sent a text to Maryanne and heard from Jorden the very next day, to bring the car in and they would take care of it, at my convenience.
