I spoke to MaryAnne on the phone before coming in to buy my daughter a 2014 Kia Forte for her graduation. We spoke of requirements for the car I was buying. The deal was made on the phone, as we live a couple of hours from Gresham, & was going to tell my daughter to meet me there as a surprise. My daughter got there 1st & had no idea of our conversation to that point. Important features we needed in a car for our daughter. We specifically spoke about, an automatic, blue tooth connect, and remote unlock of doors, her needing this as she worked at night, in a remote location. I was told this car had it all, we even picked to color & a specific car. This was a surprise for my daughter. My daughter went to the dealer ship & was shown the car, she liked what I had gotten her. We then got to the dealership & met up with our daughter & MaryAnne. Two times at the dealership both myself & my daughter spoke to MaryAnne about the remote access feature. She told us it had remote unlock, but not remote start. That was ok with us.... So, About 2 seconds after we signed the contract, she showed up with the keys. We both immediately mentioned that the keys didn't have the unlock feature. MaryAnne denied all the talk about remote unlock. The finance guy heard it all. I said, well I guess we have 3 days to change our minds if they don't give us the promised keyless entry, and was told that is no longer law. We were pissed, one of the 3 required features to get us in there was a lie. It ruined our $19,000 gift to our daughter. As we left, none to happy, one of the bosses spoke to my husband about making things right. No word from any of them. On a side note MaryAnne didn't respond to the emails about satisfaction.. I wonder why. This is the 2nd car we bought here... Our first experience was great. Update, after my daughter in-law spoke to one of the guys in the service dept., they contacted my daughter & offered to pay for her to have the keyless entry installed, at the place she was planning to have it done. So someone there gets points for that. More

New Optima purchased 10 days ago,found paint defect on hood ,body shop could not fix without repainting entire hood. Dash lts. ceased to function for a short period at 250 miles,could not find a problem. hood ,body shop could not fix without repainting entire hood. Steering drifts and pulls, service manager claims this is consistent with these models and I will have to live with it. Asked about service bulletin addressing this problem,he and sales staff claim to know nothing about it. Am already regretting purchase. More

Smooth, easy, and accommodating big ticket buying experience. They gave me the price I requested ,all by internet and telephone conversation. So, then I was dreading the second part of the sale (where they hook you up with the finance salesman, Mgr. Gary C. ) , but was surprised at how easygoing and friendly he was. He presented his products professionally and accepted my "no" answers without any argument and harmonizing with MY reasoning. I have been unaware at how easy and hassle free car buying is today. I'll look forward to buying another car. More
