First, Greg returned my call in a timely manner. Then he was friendly, receptive and I was able to get approved over the phone. That is great service. I was looking for a new Optima EX, but had lots of questions about the feasibility of purchasing from California and then shipping from Oregon. Lorrie was always upbeat and positive. When she didn't know an answer, she researched it and got back to me right away. She was very responsive on email, which was important to me since I was out of state. She found answers to all of my questions about California emissions, shipping costs, timing etc. Ultimately Lorrie was extremely helpful and was able to get all of the details worked out. Unfortunately I ended up selling my old car sooner than anticipated and so ended up buying from a local dealer in California. But I would have been happy to purchase from Lorrie, she did a tremendous job. More

Working with Mike at Weston was very easy and hassle free. I wrote Mike telling him what I wanted and he arranged everything with that e-mail and 10 minute phone call.
