Scott Vaughn went above and beyond his responsibilities of making me a satisfied customer—-meaning, he truly cared about the entire experience being unforgettable. I will admit my high expectations and attention to detail being heightened- this sometimes makes me a PIA customer. In the end, being someone who loathes the task of buying a vehicle, I was rendered speechless! Used to car deals taking all day, we were done in less than two hours!!!! Scott Vaughn is a truly amazing and caring man. In fact, I would recommend Scott to anyone who needs a vehicle and needs an honest, no BS, “cut to the chase” kinda deal. In my opinion, Scott’s goal is not to sell a car, his focus is to build a relationship and make his customer happy-no matter what. Weston should be proud to have such a loyal representation of their business. As long as Mr. Vaugh is at Weston-I will be at Weston for my vehicle needs! Thank you Scott!!! More

So, when I considered updating my Enclave, I visited with Scott Vaughn and Brad Roe who were knowledgeable, helpful and very responsive to my many requests for information and suggestions on various new vehicle platforms.
