Scott Vaughn at Weston Kia I have known Scott for roughly 30 years. I was finally in the market for a new car, I was in the market for a very specific type of car that would fit I have known Scott for roughly 30 years. I was finally in the market for a new car, I was in the market for a very specific type of car that would fit my budget. I had called and talked to him about what my needs were, explained that there was no specific timeline. He found what we needed, texted information and pictures, we went over, test drove it and bought it. Even though we have known each other for years, he was very professional, made sure that all of our paperwork was done correctly and that all of our questions were answered before we left. He followed up to see how things were, which was really nice, I can't say I've ever had that. I have enough trust in Scott that I had taken my mom over to see him to get a car. He was very patient with her, listened to what she wanted and needed, pulled a car up for her to drive. He wasn't pushy, which was a HUGE bonus. She wanted to think about it, he gave her what she needed to consider it. The next morning he delivered it to her as she was from out of town, with papers to sign. He showed her all the options on her new Kia and made sure she was set and ready to go. I've always been impressed with his over and above customer service. My mom will never buy another car from anyone but him, which speaks volumes! Weston really couldn't have a better Sales person working for them. More

He listened to what my needs were and had a couple great suggestions on cars that would work for what I needed. We test drove a couple cars and he made sure to answer any and all questions...even those I felt were a little silly to have to ask. The car package that I really wanted wasn't on the lot at the time, but he made a few phone calls and located THE ONE up in Seattle. It was in Gresham the very next day! The entire process was painless and actually fun. I would recommend Weston to everyone, and think they should insist on asking for Scott Vaughn to help them! I'll definitely be coming back! More
