Very frustrating After bringing my car in and explaining what the problem was they did not want to seem to listen they reset the code and sent me on the way. A day later the light was on again and was running exactly the same way when I dropped it off. Finally figured it out and fixed it . I had requested that wheel to be changed which they did however they did not fill the wiper fluid or bother to put a reminder sticker in the window which I had requested twice . Because they did not find the problem during the first visit I was required to pay for a rental car twice, which would’ve been a necessary if they would’ve I have figured out the issue the first time . The first visit I was required to pay the $120 fee to turn off the check engine light and the vehicle was not fixed . More

Not good communication 🙁 3/2/19 My appointment was at 10:15! I was there a few minutes early. I signed in! I was not told it would be a long wait! At 11:15 I went to inquire a 3/2/19 My appointment was at 10:15! I was there a few minutes early. I signed in! I was not told it would be a long wait! At 11:15 I went to inquire about why it was taking so long I had a short window of time to get this done Saturday is my errand day🙁! They informed me that only one person was there to work on cars😡 and it would be another 20 minutes! At 12:15 the called me saying my car was done! So I was late for a meeting!😡I was thankful for the free oil change but it would’ve been nice if they would’ve told me at 10:15 that they would not be getting to me for another hour or so I could’ve gone and taken care of my errands please make sure your staff communicate so that next time I have an appointment they can tell me if they can’t get to me for two hours thank you More
