I was taken for a ride! While I was checking in to get my $35 oil change, the man at the counter began to tell me a sad story about his life. While I was listening kindly to him he gave me the work order to sign. I thought I was signing for my oil change that would have cost $35, but he slipped in these other filters that cost me a total of $94 ! I would have never agreed to a cabin filter ! For $43 The only thing he came in to asked me about while I was in the waiting room was a $17 lightbulb for my license plates which I quickly said no to . Don’t take your eyes off of your goal and read the paper they hand you or else you’ll wind up with unacceptable charges you had no idea about! More

I was able to drop off my Yukon, and work on the free WiFi while I waited for a friend to pick me up. Mike called and gave me an update, and recommended changing one filter that was dirty.
