Horrendous customer service If I could give zero stars I would. I bought my car here brand new in 2015. By March of 2019 it had just shut off twice while driving with no forewarn If I could give zero stars I would. I bought my car here brand new in 2015. By March of 2019 it had just shut off twice while driving with no forewarning whatsoever, once going 65 mph on the freeway. Once I got it to the dealership they said I need a new engine and it would not be covered under warranty because I do not have every single oil change record. I ended up having to pay $5k for a new engine and Weston Kia was nothing but rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional throughout the whole process. I would call and call multiple different employees to try to work things out and could never even speak to someone on the phone. The employees, and even the owner, Jacob Weston, would only respond with text messages days later, full of typos and improper grammar. I’ve never seen anything like it in a business setting in my life. You’d think when you are handing $5k to someone they would at least be respectful but I was still met with rude and disrespectful service employees when I went to pick my car up after two months without it (I was still paying $450 a month on it in the meantime). I even had one employee think I was on hold on the telephone while I wasn’t, and he called me a “difficult customer” to another employee. I will definitely go out of my way to spread the word to not shop at or trust Weston Kia, and not to buy a Kia in general. More

Oil change I love the service department. But I had a appointment for a oil change at 8:45am and i dropped it off about 20 minutes early and had a friend pick me I love the service department. I am a delivery driver so I need my car by the time we open which is at 10. I called at 9:20 to check on my car and I think the guy I talked with was Thor (new person) and he said that my car wouldn’t be ready until 10:30. I make my appointments early so that I can have my car ready before my store opens. I just thought this time it took a lot longer almost 2 hours for a oil change. I have been going to this service for almost 10 years and I have never had a complaint. More

quality service at a great price I came in to have an oil change and a tire rotation done. The entire service took around 30-45 minutes. Weston did an inspection of other items as we I came in to have an oil change and a tire rotation done. The entire service took around 30-45 minutes. Weston did an inspection of other items as well such as wear on my brakes, fluids, etc. I appreciate the report they provide each time the car is serviced to let me know how things are doing with my car. The entire service (oil change plus tire rotation) only cost around 50 dollars which I thought was a great price especially with the other items they do. As a bonus touch, they vacuumed my floor mats too. More
