30,000 mile service The service for the car I have no problems with, it has only been 2 days. At my 22,500 mile service they asked to replace my cabin filter and that would save money at my 30,000 mile service but it was replaced and charged for My experience for this visit More

I took my Kia Sorento in to have broken door handle fixed. I took my Kia and told them the door handle was broken. They called me and told me my diagnosis of my car was at the door handle was broken and charg I took my Kia and told them the door handle was broken. They called me and told me my diagnosis of my car was at the door handle was broken and charged me over $100. They then told me it would cost a total of $400 to fix my driver side door. Apparently only the extended warranty is available on the back rear doors but not the front doors which are used more often. I am totally unhappy and completely outraged More

Logan contacted me about a car that I thought I wanted until she showed me a newer version, wit Thank you Logan Clark for the best car purchase ever! Logan contacted me about a car that I thought I wanted until she showed me a newer version, with less miles and better price. I made an offer that I was surprised that her sales manager even considered! This dealership is easy to work with. Logan was fantastic and was upfront about being new and learning. If she didn't know the answer she went to someone who did. There was no high pressure at all. She has offered to go far and beyond any expectations. In fact, she even offered to drive to our home an hour away just to deliver the second set of keys and to go over all of the features of our new vehicle. Justin in Finance was also very helpful and incredible. I was equally impressed with him when he offered to contact our credit union to lower our interest rate due to being such loyal customers to them. He did and our credit union lowered the rate even further! On a side note, there had been a miscommunication regarding the warranty. Justin quickly remedied the misunderstanding and offered another deal to us that we could not ignore. Thank you Justin! We will be future return customers. (I am giving the quality of work 2/5 only because of the employee that took the car to detail before we drove off with it forgot to vacuum the back hatch of the car and left a bottle of spray cleaner in the back seat.)
